A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend an appointment, will incur the full session fee.

Late cancellations and non-attendances prevent the appointment from being offered to another client.

Medicare rebates cannot be claimed for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
-
WorkCover and DVA do not provide rebates for late cancellations or non-attendance.
For NDIS participants:
-
Late-cancellation fees are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Price Guide.
-
This generally allows charging the full session fee for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
-
Late-cancellation or non-attendance fees must be paid in full.
-
Outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before further appointments can be booked.
-
Fees may be processed using the payment method provided on file.
