DBT skills training for Neurodivergent Adults
This program is designed to support neurodivergent adults (18+) with practical skills for self-care, emotional well-being, and managing sensory needs. Based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), this group focuses on teaching mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and self-management strategies in a safe and accepting environment. A workbook (purchased separately) will guide participants through the skills taught in each session.

Requirements: Suitable for adults with adequate literacy skills

Cost per session: $120. You're entitled to a Medicare Rebate of around $65 per session.

The full program fee for all 10 sessions is $1200. You will be elegible for a Medicare rebate of $65 per session if you have a Mental Health Care Plan that specifies Group therapy. If you miss a session, you will still be required to pay for the session and rebate won't be available.

DBT skills training for Parents of neurodivergent children
DBT Skills Training for Parents of Neurodivergent Children
This program, based on DBT-C (Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Children), teaches parents of autistic children (ages 7-14) skills to create a supportive home environment and guide their children in developing mindfulness (Module 1), distress tolerance (module 2), emotional regulation (module 3), and interpersonal relationships (module 4). The sessions will include psychoeducation, skill-building exercises, and problem-solving/fine tuning skills.

Format: 1-hour sessions that run for 40 weeks, with breaks to align with school holidays.

Goals: Empower parents to foster resilience and emotional well-being in their neurodivergent children

Cost per session: $80. These session are not covered by Medicare, but might be funded by NDIS, if your child has budget under Capacity Building. Please contact your support coordinator, plan manager or NDIA for information.

The full fee for each module must be paid in advance before the start of each module ($800). As fees are non-refundable, please ensure you are fully committed to attending each session to get the most from the program.

The Anxiety toolkit for teens
This practical, skills-based group for teens uses proven CBT and DBT techniques to help manage anxiety effectively. The program includes exercises to recognize and manage often-overlooked anxiety symptoms, mindfulness practices for immediate relief, techniques to reduce stress before it takes control, methods for coping with panic attacks, and strategies for building self-confidence and improving social interactions. This group aims to provide teens with actionable tools to navigate and manage anxiety in everyday situations.

CBT in 7 weeks: Retrain your brain for adults
CBT in 7 Weeks: Retrain Your Brain for Adults
Based on the book CBT Made Simple by Seth Gillihan, this program is designed for adults experiencing mild to moderate depression and anxiety. Participants will follow a structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach over seven weeks, learning to recognize and reframe negative thought patterns, manage symptoms, and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

Art CBT in 10 weeks: Managing Anxiety and Depression
This creative and supportive group therapy program uses The CBT Art Workbook for Managing Anxiety and Depression by Jennifer Guest to help participants explore and manage their anxiety through the power of art and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Participants will learn practical CBT techniques to recognize and challenge anxious thoughts, develop healthier coping strategies, and gain a better understanding of how anxiety works.
Each session combines psychoeducation on CBT principles and anxiety, with guided art exercises that encourage self-expression and insight. Through creative activities, participants can process their feelings, learn grounding techniques, and discover empowering ways to reduce stress and increase resilience. This program offers a hands-on, visual approach to healing that supports emotional growth and self-acceptance.
